Our facility in Huntsville, AL has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Project Engineer to join our mission. In this role, you will support the NGI program with the following:

Requirements

  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Eligibility and willingness to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance - U.S. Citizenship required

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work collaboratively with peers, customers, and supervisors and to build professional relationships.
  • Basic project-coordination experience (e.g., creating task lists, maintaining schedules, tracking status) with exposure to formal project-management tools.

  • Detail oriented and excellent problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track program desk & board seating assignment to include personnel moves on Huntsville Campus
  • Facilitate Program Onboarding process, manage weekly meetings, updating onboarding processes, assisting new employees
  • Managing On-site Customer visit requests to include tracking of Government Visit access requests
  • Developing and maintaining project plans and ensuring on-time delivery of products.
  • Support the Development and execution of Program Management office content such as distribution lists, employee engagements, etc.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for PMO processes, tooling and metrics.
