About The Position

B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time Project Engineer to assist the Project Manager and Project Director in the overall performance of assigned operations for our Concrete Division. We are looking for exceptional leaders with a background in Construction Management and a passion for operational excellence to help us drive customer satisfaction and company profit. This position offers a salary of $70,000-90,000 per year depending on experience. This position also includes an extensive compensation package including weekly pay, health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with match, and paid time off.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is required.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans.
Self-driven professional who pays attention to detail and can lead with minimal supervision.
Proactive, positive, and professional attitude.
Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.

Nice To Haves

Concrete Construction experience is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of specialized equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities
