Requirements

5+ years proven project management experience in complex, matrixed environments
Strong expertise in data analytics and Microsoft Power BI
Demonstrated ability in platform development, process mapping, and process standardization
Skilled in system-level design and technical communication

Nice To Haves

Experience with assembly or sheet metal manufacturing
Solid mechanical engineering background

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams from engineering, operations, supply chain, and commercial departments to deliver project milestones
Analyze existing product and service portfolios to identify redundancies and opportunities for consolidation and standardization
Develop, implement, and maintain governance and control systems to ensure sustained standardization and prevent process complexity
Deliver key project artifacts, including product rationalization frameworks, Order Data Sheets (ODS), and detailed assembly/manufacturing drawings
Integrate technical documentation and ordering systems (TK Note in Creo/Windchill, Elog/MOD/OO Ordering) into standardized processes
Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to inform project decisions and drive continuous improvement
