The Role: Collaborate on project proposals and estimates, supporting the pre-construction phase. Act as the central hub for project communication, ensuring clear and consistent information flow. Manage project costs, including reviewing budgets, processing change orders, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Champion safety by reporting concerns, implementing corrective actions, and upholding safe work practices. Assist with project closeout activities, ensuring a smooth handover to the owner.
