About The Position
This role involves engineering projects to support the Miniature Circuit Breakers portfolio. The Project Engineer will lead product changes, including new material selection, production line transfers, and changes of suppliers for various component categories such as sheet metal, molded plastics, packaging, and stamped parts. The position also requires conducting mechanical/electric performance test plans for verification and validation purposes, adhering to design guidelines, codes, and standards.
Requirements
- Experience in engineering projects.
- Experience leading product changes (material selection, production line transfers, supplier changes).
- Experience with component categories like sheet metal, molded plastics, packaging, stamped parts.
- Experience conducting mechanical/electric performance test plans.
- Familiarity with design guidelines, codes, and standards.
