About The Position
Chicago area firm has a long-term opportunity and ownership/partnership potential for a Senior Project Engineer. This role involves overseeing municipal infrastructure projects from start to finish, including pre-project planning, preparation of construction plans and specifications, construction layout, and resident engineering. The position requires communication with municipal/government representatives and agencies, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- BS Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
- 5+ years of Municipal Civil Engineering experience
- Transportation and infrastructure experience
- Working knowledge of Civil3D and Microsoft Office
- Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
Nice To Haves
- PE License
- IDOT Documentation of Contract Quantities Certification
