Our capabilities cover a full suite of millwrighting services, including installing, setting, aligning, and leveling machinery and equipment, as well as dismantling, refurbishing, reassembling, and moving. Additionally, our expertise covers close tolerance and precision alignment, as well as fabrication, concrete construction, and industrial HVAC solutions. This position is responsible for assisting with the execution and management of project needs, preparing and presenting computer-generated spreadsheets and reports, and maintaining regular communication and collaboration with the entire project team. The Project Engineer will generate, maintain, and facilitate project documentation for all phases of the project, including requests for information, submittals, drawings, specifications, purchase orders, material orders, change orders, and close-out documents. They will also perform material take offs from drawings to help generate estimates and changes. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and integrity, as well as flexibility with assigned work environments and project locations. The Project Engineer will attend and conduct meetings as required and comply with all company operating policies, procedures, and safety programs. Other responsibilities include supporting the Project Superintendent and Project Manager with day-to-day field operations such as material expediting, timekeeping, RFI's, submittals, design team coordination, walking down the installed scope of work to confirm quantities installed that will feed into the schedule, and other reporting functions. Please note: This position does not do design work.
