Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
- 2+ years of relevant engineering experience
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

- Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a cross‑functional team of experts, including Project, Design, Structures, Aero, Systems, Manufacturing, Quality, and Industrial Engineering
- Partner closely with the Engineering Support to Operations (ESTO) organization to ensure seamless integration between engineering and manufacturing, driving efficiency and innovation in production processes
- Resolve manufacturing challenges and address producibility issues with part producers and suppliers to ensure on‑time delivery of spare parts and hardware that supports fleet sustainment and schedule requirements
- Plan, acquire, and manage budgets for Integrated Product Team (IPT) tasks, applying core Project Engineering skills such as task planning, tracking, and earned value management (EVMS)
- Communicate with internal and external customers, providing clear, timely updates on task status and technical content to the IPT and Component Integrated Product Team (CIPT)
- Interface directly with engineering management, program management, suppliers, and customers to drive execution and achieve program objectives
- Gain exposure to project management frameworks, including Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall
- Travel up to 10% to supplier locations supporting F119 spares production
- This position requires regular walking and standing while working on the manufacturing floor, with the ability to move through production areas safely
