Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Polymer Science or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years’ experience in plastic injection molding – focused on Engineering and/or Tooling
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Nice To Haves

• Estimating experience a plus
• Customer facing experience preferred
• Project management

Responsibilities

• Travel with Sales Managers on sales opportunities
• Provide leadership on part design and material selection with the customer
• Manage incoming RFQ’s, developing quotes for new products, utilizing CAD/Mold Flow Software
• Track quotation delivery performance and conversion rate
• Conduct initial feasibility/ DFMA analysis
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Provide insight into the evolution of customer needs
• Other duties as assigned
