The successful candidate will have experience analyzing and designing steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structural systems. As part of multidisciplinary project teams, this individual will prepare structural calculations and construction documents, coordinate designs across disciplines, and support projects throughout design and construction. This role offers the opportunity to expand technical expertise and professional judgment while taking greater ownership of project coordination and deliverables. Working closely with senior engineers and Project Managers, the Project Engineer will participate in project meetings, support construction administration activities, and progressively assume greater project responsibility. FPA’s Structural Engineering Department provides structural analysis and design services for commercial, institutional, industrial, and residential building projects. The Project Engineer - Structural will apply sound technical judgment to increasingly complex assignments while collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams and clients. This role requires knowledge of applicable building codes and structural design practices, along with a commitment to high-quality project delivery and client satisfaction.
