About The Position

You will be accountable for managing day to day tasks on items within your area of responsibility. Responsible for identification and closure of technical issues. Meets/Exceeds all technical commitments made to the programs. Ensures requirements baseline in documents, tracked, maintained, and verified. Ensures establishment and tracking of key Technical Performance Measures (TPM). Aides in the timely and accurate projections of engineering resource requirements. You will work with Lead / Control Account Manager (CAM) to ensure long term planning goals are met. Works closely with first and second line functional leaders to identify and secure appropriate staffing, coordinates with the Program Management (PM) office and first line managers on proposed engineering staffing changes prior to changes. Work to ensure organizational standard processes are adapted, approved and followed. Leverages proven processes, lessons learned, and best practices from other parts of business or industry. You will present status of your projects / area of responsibility to Project Managers, Program Managers and Executive Leadership as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
  • 3 years of professional experience
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD TOP SECRET clearance
  • Must successfully pass a drug and background check

  • Experience with / knowledge of FBM CMC
  • Experience with FBM Procurement
  • Experience coordinating the development of LMS leadership briefings
