Through the Korte SkillBridge Program you will join our team of more than 200 construction and design professionals dedicated to learning, improvement and excellence. On our team, you’ll be at the forefront of design and construction, gaining real-world experience. At our job sites and in our offices, we work as a team to deliver quality. Using an integrated Design-Build approach, we pave the way for every team member to contribute creative solutions. This means you will spend the summer working hand-in-hand with owners, subcontractors, designers, estimators and project managers for our nationwide construction projects. Project Management: learn and participate in fundamental construction project management deliverables including but not limited to: Communication with internal project teams, subcontractors, and owners Building and maintenance of project estimates, schedules, and procurement logs Understanding of building systems, their components, and how to coordinate them between trades Exposure to and use of construction technology software (e.g., project management platforms, scheduling tools, estimating software) to support project execution and collaboration Learn and support construction planning and scheduling activities through hands-on exposure and guided participation, including schedule development and updates, data organization, participation in planning meetings, and basic progress tracking and schedule analysis. Supporting Project Managers and schedulers with reporting, documentation, and special projects as assigned EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE Qualified applicants will have: Must be a current Active Duty Servicemember Must be separating from the Military in 4-12 months Current or Prior Construction or Engineering experience GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES This role is part of the Project Management Career Path, and team members benefit from a structured Professional Development Plan (PDP) designed to support career growth.
