Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting engineering projects, manufacturing operations, capital projects, PMO functions, or project management.
  • Experience using Microsoft Project, Power BI, Excel, Planner, Smartsheet, Kanban, or similar project management applications.
  • Strong analytical, project coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience developing project schedules, dashboards, reports, and governance documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integrated project schedules supporting manufacturing capital projects, equipment installations, and facility expansions.
  • Coordinate engineering activities, project milestones, operational readiness, and cross-functional project execution.
  • Build dashboards, reports, KPIs, and executive presentations using Microsoft Project, Power BI, Excel, and related tools.
  • Maintain project documentation, governance records, risk registers, action logs, and project reporting.
  • Support leadership reviews, stage-gate meetings, commissioning activities, and operational handoffs.
  • Partner with Engineering, Operations, Automation, Maintenance, Quality, IT, Procurement, and external suppliers to ensure project success.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, governance, reporting, and execution.
