Project Engineer - Off Site Manufacturing
About The Position
Rinvio is hiring a Project Engineer - Off Site Manufacturing for a large hyperscale data center construction program in the Wichita Falls, TX region. This is an on-site contract role with an expected 50-hour/week schedule. The project involves supporting off-site manufacturing engineering, submittals, tracking, coordination, logistics, and closeout for a large hyperscale data center build. The role requires close coordination with field leadership, trade partners, engineers, QA/QC, safety, commissioning, and project controls, while maintaining accurate project documentation for field execution and turnover. The candidate will track issues, constraints, changes, inspections, and closeout items through resolution, supporting a high-urgency build without exposing client or project-identifying details publicly.
Requirements
- Experience supporting RFIs, submittals, drawing logs, material tracking, issue logs, and turnover documentation
- Able to work closely with field leaders, trade partners, engineers, and project controls teams
- Large commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center construction experience
- Able to work on site in the Wichita Falls, TX region on a 50-hour/week project schedule
- Strong documentation habits, safety awareness, and ability to coordinate across trades
Responsibilities
- Own or support off site manufacturing engineering support, submittals, tracking, coordination, logistics, and closeout.
- Coordinate daily with field leadership, trade partners, engineers, QA/QC, safety, commissioning, and project controls.
- Keep project documentation current, accurate, and useful for field execution and turnover.
- Track issues, constraints, changes, inspections, and closeout items through resolution.
- Support a high-urgency hyperscale data center build without exposing client or project-identifying details publicly.
