Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Serves as Control Account Manager (CAM) for Advanced Programs. Maintains and updates the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for Advanced Test Equipment (ATE) programs, ensuring alignment with milestones and resource plans. Acts as primary material procurement liaison for Advanced Programs, overseeing requisitions, receipt verification, and kitting operations. Identifies and drives continuous process improvement initiatives that boost project execution efficiency and improve documentation quality. DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement) experience is a plus. The Project Engineer will serve within the Chelmsford Engineering & Technology (E&T) organization, supporting the Integration & Test Equipment (IT&E) Department. In this role, the individual will plan, organize, track, and report on activities for Advanced Programs (AP). The Project Engineer will be located in Andover, with some time spent in Chelmsford.
