About The Position
Our client in the St. Louis area is adding a Project Engineer Lead to be the point of contact and technical lead for fabrication and construction projects. This role is a direct hire position for our client and is in Office.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in engineering or project execution
- Understanding of ASME, STM and AISC
- Experience with selecting suppliers
- Ability to read supplier and technical drawings accurately
Nice To Haves
- SQL and VBA database experience or familiarity is preferred
Responsibilities
- Utilize engineering and project execution for technical industrial construction installs.
- Initiate and manage the project stages from beginning to end.
- Actively handle and redirect technical questions and changes that would affect the project to the appropriate source.
- Work with the design team and relay design information to suppliers and customers.
- Interpret data, analyze results, and communicate accurate and timely information to all stakeholders.
