Requirements

  • Must pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license.
  • Advanced written, verbal, customer service and relationship building skills.
  • High level organizational skills.
  • Strong Multi‐tasking skills.
  • Flexible, willingness to be able to adapt to change.
  • Ability to work well with others both internally and externally, including in stressful situations.
  • Proficiency in standard office computer programs such as MS Office 365.
  • Ability to operate effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work on an active construction site
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Understanding of operational concepts including planning, scheduling and logistics

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of industry is recommended but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in project pre-planning by scoping task length and difficulty.
  • Develop project schedules and anticipate roadblocks.
  • Collaborate with the project team to resolve issues proactively.
  • Set specific objectives and goals with measurable outcomes.
  • Evaluate scope changes, additional work orders, and client needs.
  • Coordinate work with other trades and handle start-ups and commissioning.
  • Determine required equipment and materials for optimal system performance.
  • Provide technical guidance for diagnosing control system issues.
  • Troubleshoot local controllers, communication wiring, programs, and schedules.
  • Ensure proper functionality of measurements and verification (M&V) equipment, with accurate data recording and storage.
