About The Position

We are accepting applications for this position through 6/15 @ 9am. Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Simplex is required. This is an on-site, long term job. You must be located in Southern California. NO relocation funds, and NO per diem.

Requirements

• Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience in a similar role or position in construction.
• BS/BA Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related degree.
• Four Additional qualifying experience in excess to the minimum years stated above may be substituted for the required education.
• Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Simplex is required.
• Must be located in Southern California.

Nice To Haves

• Experience on Educational programs/projects and Division of State Architect (DSA) projects.
• Experience in all parts of the project life cycle, including master planning, design, and closeout.
• Professional Engineer License (PE), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), or similar credentials
• Experience with Sustainability Projects: 1) Energy Information System Platform (EIS) 2) Energy Efficiency LED Lighting 3) Building Management System 4) Central Plant Decarbonization (includes local building) / Central Plant/Chillers 5) Renewable Energy and Micro-grid (PV, BESS) 6) Electrical Vehicle Charging Stations (EVCS)
