Requirements

Requires a Bachelors Degree with to 2-4 years of relevant experience
Requires working knowledge and expanded professional experience in job field
Requires understanding of key business drivers
Works independently within guidelines and policies to solve problems of moderate complexity
Provides informal guidance to new team members
Applicants must be legally authorized to work permanently in the country the position is located in at the time of application
Final candidate must successfully complete a criminal background check
Final candidate may be required to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

Designs, communicates, and implements an operational plan for completing an engineering-based project
Prepares designs, project controls and specifications, schedules, cost estimates, production, transportation, installation, testing and/or commissioning of new infrastructure, facilities, equipment, etc.
Monitors progress and performance against the project plan; taking action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays
Identifies, develops, and gathers the resources necessary to complete the project
May include preparing engineering standards, designs and work specifications; developing project schedules, budgets and forecasts; and selecting materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors
Coordinate PAR projects including running a cross-functional core team
Communication skills to present to management project updates and challenges
Facilitate project level budget planning and updates
