About The Position

Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Honeywell Process Solutions. You will partner with world class engineers and leaders to implement product strategies, develop program schedules and milestones, define technology roadmaps, and drive improvements in engineering quality and productivity. In this role, you will report directly to our Lead Project Engineer and work from our Houston, TX location on a hybrid basis. Note: for the first 90 days, new hires must be prepared to work onsite 100% M-F.

• Cultivate customer relationships
• Understand and implement Honeywell process control solutions
• Execute to Honeywell standards and quality systems
• Design technical specifications
• Collaborate with peers, lead engineers and managers
• Travel up to 25%, to customer sites for design, testing, commissioning, and customer training
• Build cross discipline experience
• Share technical knowledge with global engineering community
• Report project progress and technical problems
