As a Project Engineer II, you'll lead the end-to-end development of Jobsite Apparel products - driving cost, schedule, and performance. Requirements

  • Technical background (BSME or BSMEE)
  • 1-3 years of relevant working experience in project management
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative & fast paced environment, developing business relationships with internal team members and external suppliers
  • Capacity to successfully navigate subjective tradeoffs in the apparel word
  • Willingness for global travel (Asia & Americas) a few times per year
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • To be successful in this role you will need to be a self-starter with a strong problem-solving mentality

Nice To Haves

  • Textile/apparel experience not required, but could be beneficial

Responsibilities

  • Lead Jobsite Apparel new product development from concept to launch
  • Facilitate several simultaneous projects of small to medium complexity Workwear, Heated Gear, Product Transfers, etc.
  • Work cross-functionally and globally, driving alignment with marketing, design, sourcing, supply, and suppliers
  • Motivate and empower your project team, collaborating to solve technical and logistical problems
  • Drive various types of tradeoff discussions, pushing for what is right for the user and the business
  • Monitor & track project progress, communicating effectively to the project team and senior management
  • Identify critical path tasks and project risks with moderate supervision
