Requirements

• Technical/operational leadership of complex development programs
• Defining, generating, and reviewing project requirements documentation
• Performing technical studies to analyze and refine project requirements
• Monitoring project scope, schedule, and budget
• Coordinating between resource managers/supervisors
• Ensuring necessary reviews and approvals are received
• Conducting performance/project reviews during development through production transfer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the technical/operational leadership of complex development programs within guidelines set by program manager and customer.
• Defines, generates and reviews project requirements documentation.
• Performs technical studies to analyze and refine project requirements.
• Monitors project to ensure work scope, schedule and budget are within budget are well defined and maintained.
• Provides the coordination between resource managers/supervisors and ensures all necessary reviews and approvals are received.
• Responsible for conducting performance/project reviews during life cycle of development through production transfer.
