About The Position
The Project Engineer II is responsible for managing all aspects of project assignments using the Product Development Process (PDP) as a guide to achieve project objectives for New Product Development projects. Responsible for product maintenance, cost improvement, quality improvement and similar projects. Directs and coordinates a project team in the planning, organization, implementation, and completion of engineering project assignments. This position will serve our Water Heating Division, located in Montgomery, AL.
Requirements
- Project management skills
- Knowledge of the Product Development Process (PDP)
- Experience with New Product Development projects
- Experience with product maintenance, cost improvement, and quality improvement projects
- Ability to direct and coordinate a project team
- Skills in planning, organization, implementation, and completion of engineering project assignments
