Requirements
- Solid understanding of construction industry processes
- Consistent history of successfully completing projects ahead of schedule and under budget
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to read, understand and review project plans
- Proven ability to develop, review and submit project submittals
- Proven ability to work with PMs to complete projects successfully
- Proven ability to handle high stress situations well
- Proven ability to develop complex project schedules and organize projects before execution
- Takes ownership of their work and follows through on commitments.
- Communicates clearly, asks questions early, and collaborates well with others.
- Brings a positive, solution-focused approach to challenges.

Responsibilities
- Produces accurate and complete schedules for all active & anticipated projects
- Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management
- Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements
- Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards
- Reviews and submit all project submittals
- Builds project schedules and maintains schedules through execution
- Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment
- Maintains Jaxon’s positive reputation
- Communicates continuously and effectively with all project stakeholders
- Builds strong teams by working collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve mutual goals
- Ensures invoice accuracy and on-time payment receipt
- Ensures projects are completed on-time, within budget and that all quality standards are met
