Requirements

  • Solid understanding of construction industry processes
  • Consistent history of successfully completing projects ahead of schedule and under budget
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven ability to read, understand and review project plans
  • Proven ability to develop, review and submit project submittals
  • Proven ability to work with PMs to complete projects successfully
  • Proven ability to handle high stress situations well
  • Proven ability to develop complex project schedules and organize projects before execution
  • Takes ownership of their work and follows through on commitments.
  • Communicates clearly, asks questions early, and collaborates well with others.

Responsibilities

  • Produces accurate and complete schedules for all active & anticipated projects
  • Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management
  • Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements
  • Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards
  • Reviews and submit all project submittals
  • Builds project schedules and maintains schedules through execution
  • Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
  • Maintains a safe and clean work environment
  • Maintains Jaxon’s positive reputation
  • Communicates continuously and effectively with all project stakeholders
  • Builds strong teams by working collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve mutual goals
  • Ensures invoice accuracy and on-time payment receipt
  • Ensures projects are completed on-time, within budget and that all quality standards are met
