About The Position

As a Project Engineer, you will serve as the central coordination point between Engineering, Procurement, and Operations to ensure the successful execution of data center power infrastructure projects, specifically Remote Power Panels (RPPs) and Power Distribution Units (PDUs). Your work will directly impact project delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction by ensuring projects move efficiently from concept through design, manufacturing, testing, and final delivery—on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • 3–7 years of experience in project engineering or project management, preferably within electrical equipment, power distribution, or data center infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of power distribution systems, including RPPs, PDUs, switchgear, or related equipment
  • Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and project tracking tools

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting projects in data center or mission‑critical environments
  • Knowledge of data center standards, redundancy concepts, and best practices
  • Exposure to factory testing, commissioning, or field installation support

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between Engineering, Procurement, and Operations to maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate and oversee multiple projects from initiation through design, manufacturing, testing, and final delivery
  • Review project specifications, drawings, and technical requirements to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and scope alignment
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on design development, revisions, and resolution of technical issues
  • Work closely with procurement to ensure timely sourcing of materials and components
  • Monitor production schedules and coordinate with operations to meet delivery timelines
  • Identify project risks, delays, or bottlenecks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
  • Track project progress, costs, and key performance metrics, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and Accelevation quality requirements
  • Support factory acceptance testing (FAT), inspections, and commissioning activities as required
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of project scope, changes, and communications
