Requirements

Four-year degree in Engineering, or applicable experience
Entry-level position
Basic ERP skills to include inquiring, reviewing and printing job cost reports
Basic knowledge of HVAC or plumbing design
Ability to read mechanical and plumbing drawings
Basic verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills, including CADD and Microsoft Office Products, such as Excel

Responsibilities

Estimates the impact of project changes and provides information to applicable management.
Manages change orders, ensuring they are completed accurately and tracked as required.
Procures equipment and materials and services.
Participates in the selection and hiring of subcontractors.
Stays current on emerging trends.
Analyzes and resolves basic questions and problems as needed.
