The Project ECHO Specialist is responsible for the planning, coordination, implementation, and ongoing support of Project ECHO (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) programs and initiatives. This role serves as the operational lead for ECHO activities, facilitating collaboration among healthcare providers, subject matter experts, community partners, and participants to improve knowledge sharing, workforce development, and access to specialty expertise. The Project ECHO Specialist supports the development and delivery of virtual learning networks designed to improve clinical practice, expand provider confidence and competency, reduce health disparities, and enhance health outcomes across communities. The Specialist manages program logistics, participant engagement, data collection, reporting, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring successful execution of ECHO sessions and achievement of program objectives.
