PADF seeks a full-time Project Director for an upcoming U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL) Project in Argentina. This project will address unfair labor practices and reduce labor-related risks within critical minerals supply chains through technical guidance, policy development, and regulatory enforcement, thereby helping to level the playing field for American workers and businesses. The Project Director should have a background in labor law, labor rights, human rights, or related areas, alongside demonstrated experience in critical minerals, global supply chains, and mining-sector dynamics. The selected individual will lead a diverse team of technical specialists and partners in Argentina to strengthen labor standards, enforce compliance, and build sustainable, ethical supply chains in alignment with regional and U.S. critical mineral initiatives. The Project Director will be based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This position is contingent on funding. Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish is required.
