The New York office of Clifford Chance seeks finance focused attorneys who have experience in US project financing of energy and infrastructure projects, Holdco financing of energy and infrastructure projects, US tax equity financings of energy and energy transition projects, and construction to back-leverage financing. Experience with other financing structures involving tax equity/tax credits is a plus. The role involves advising on all aspects of project development and finance across the energy, infrastructure, natural resources, and transport sectors, including project and financing documentation, public-private partnerships, multi-source financings, risk allocation, and regulatory matters. The firm acts for sponsors, lenders, governments, contractors, and investors on greenfield and brownfield projects worldwide, including those supporting the energy transition. This role requires collaboration with colleagues in construction, environmental, tax, regulatory, and disputes practices to provide integrated advice from project development through financing and delivery.
