About The Position
DyeLot is a hospitality-focused design studio creating interior environments shaped by story, culture, and a deep understanding of the guest experience. Through integrated interior design, branding, procurement, and architectural support services, we partner with hospitality, lifestyle, workplace, and retail clients across North America to craft thoughtful, design-forward spaces with clarity, character, and a lasting sense of place.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in SketchUp: Individuals can create complex and highly detailed models. They are adept at using advanced features, such as dynamic components and can optimize models for rendering.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit: At this level, users have mastery over complex modeling, BIM workflows, and can utilize Revit for detailed architectural and engineering projects. They can solve complex problems and streamline processes.
- Strong attention to detail in detailing: Highly skilled in detailing, able to tackle complex and nuanced aspects of projects. They can mentor others and contribute significantly to the quality of the project.
- Expert skills in space planning: Expert in space planning, able to manage highly complex and challenging projects. They bring innovation and strategic thinking to space utilization.
- Creative and strategic thinking: Exceptionally creative, capable of generating novel and effective ideas or solutions. Can lead design innovation and inspire others. Understands the parameters of effective creativity as they relate to project goals.
- Strong project management: Experienced in managing complex projects. Can handle scheduling, budgets, team dynamics, and client relationships effectively.
- Excellent coordination skills: Skilled in orchestrating complex project elements, ensuring smooth teamwork and efficient project progress. Possesses foresight from previous experience to proactively coordinate potential points of conflict
- Expert knowledge of Finishes, Fixtures, Furniture & Equipment: Has a comprehensive understanding of historical and contemporary trends, advanced materials, and innovative technologies. They can lead FF&E strategy for large-scale or high-profile projects, provide consultancy, and make influential decisions that shape the project's character and functionality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee specific design projects, coordinate with all stakeholders, manage project schedules and budgets, and ensure client satisfaction.
