They will work with partner groups to gain alignment and help achieve project priorities, coordinate staff planning, organizational design, and strategy to anticipate and ensure readiness for future business needs, and manage continuous improvement efforts regarding project management and product development. The role requires applying thorough and detailed knowledge of best practice engineering techniques, developing cutting-edge engineering capabilities and methods, and modeling best practices in all aspects of design and completion. The individual must prioritize multiple assignments autonomously and effectively, influence others on engineering design, and provide technical leadership. They will act as an effective presenter and meeting facilitator, tailoring communication to meet the needs of the audience, and proactively seek and communicate information to inform deadline management and provide early warning of risks.
