We are looking for a Project/Delivery Manager to join our team. You will work within an Analytics department of 30+ people, collaborating with multiple teams, Team Leads, and stakeholders across cross-functional initiatives. The role combines day-to-day delivery ownership with the opportunity to improve and evolve delivery practices together with the team.

Requirements

Hands-on experience as a Project Manager / Delivery Manager in a product environment
Experience working with multiple teams or cross-functional projects
Experience in a fast-paced product environment with changing priorities and cross-team dependencies
Good understanding of planning, prioritization, capacity, scope, risk, and dependency management
Practical experience with Scrum, Kanban, and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar
Ability to demonstrate practical examples of delivery or process improvements you personally initiated and explain their impact
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to different teams and people
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive initiatives to completion
Proactivity, ownership, attention to detail, and understanding of business context

Nice To Haves

Experience working with development or analytics teams
Experience in iGaming, Gaming, Affiliate Marketing, or Digital Marketing
Experience improving or setting up delivery processes or workflow automation
Understanding of delivery metrics such as Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, Velocity, Burn-down, or Burn-up

Responsibilities

Coordinate delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders
Support planning, prioritization, and execution of cross-functional initiatives
Track dependencies, blockers, risks, and team capacity and proactively address delivery issues
Work closely with Team Leads and stakeholders to keep priorities, ownership, and expectations clear
Identify opportunities to improve delivery workflows based on team needs and business context
Facilitate communication between teams and help align priorities and resolve delivery-related issues
Own delivery end to end: from understanding goals and dependencies to ensuring successful execution
