About The Position

Deloitte is hiring a Project Dashboard Developer for its AI & Engineering team and Government & Public Services practice. The role focuses on developing project analytics and insights solutions, particularly interactive COSMOS dashboards in Palantir Foundry. The developer will help modernize existing Qlik and Databricks dashboards in Foundry while preserving their functionality and usability. This project-delivery role is tied to a client project and emphasizes delivering services to the client without additional business-development or promotion expectations. The successful candidate will work with functional and technical stakeholders to turn business and mission needs into reporting and analytics solutions. They will integrate and analyze data from multiple sources, create clear visualizations, and communicate dashboard functionality and analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences. The work takes place in a fast-paced client environment with changing priorities and multiple concurrent requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• At least 4 years of experience developing dashboards, reports, data visualizations, or business intelligence and analytics solutions using Qlik, Databricks, Palantir Foundry, or comparable technologies.
• At least 4 years of experience working with data for dashboard development, including integration, transformation, analysis, and validation across multiple data sources.
• At least 4 years of experience working with technical and business stakeholders in fast-paced environments and translating requirements into actionable reporting and analytics solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work.
• Ability to build and sustain professional relationships.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance interactive dashboards, reports, and analytics, particularly COSMOS using Palantir Foundry.
• Support migration and modernization of existing Qlik and Databricks dashboards into Palantir Foundry while maintaining reporting functionality and usability.
• Partner with functional and technical stakeholders to translate business and mission requirements into dashboarding, reporting, and analytics solutions.
• Analyze and integrate data from multiple sources to create user-friendly visualizations that help stakeholders interpret trends, metrics, and operational information.
• Balance multiple requirements and adapt to evolving priorities in a fast-paced client environment.
• Communicate technical concepts, dashboard functionality, and analytical insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead projects or workstreams and provide clear guidance to others.
