Our client, a high-end construction & design firm, seeks a resourceful Project Coordinator to join their team. This role will support the project management team with day-to-day coordination of project activities, schedules, and communications. Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional work experience in project coordination, administration, operations, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple projects
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp new systems, processes, and technical concepts
  • Resourceful problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, detail-oriented environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar productivity tools

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in construction, architecture, interior design, or real estate preferred but not required
  • experience with project management software is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Report to & support the project management team with the oversight of project activities, timelines, and action items
  • Assist with document control, including collecting, organizing, and maintaining contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittmits, drawings, and meeting notes
  • Track project deadlines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring stakeholders stay informed and aligned
  • Coordinate logistics such as site meetings, vendor visits, inspections, and deliveries
  • Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and clients professionally and promptly
  • Help prepare project reports, updates, and presentation materials
  • Maintain project management systems and internal databases with accurate and timely information
  • Support procurement efforts by gathering quotes, researching materials, and assisting with purchase orders
  • Assist with other administrative functions and ad hoc projects, as needed
