About The Position

The Project Coordinator at React Digital plays a valuable role in supporting the successful execution of digital marketing projects. They work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities, track progress, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in project coordination, administrative support, or a related role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for digital marketing and project coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities and tasks, ensuring that team members understand their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Monitor project progress and timelines, identifying potential risks or delays and escalating issues as needed.
  • Work with project managers in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, scheduling meetings, and ensuring that stakeholders are informed of project updates.
  • Maintain regular communication with the account team, providing updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables as directed by the project manager.
  • Document meeting minutes, action items, and decisions to ensure alignment and accountability among team members.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports, using project management tools and software.
  • Generate regular project reports and performance metrics, providing insights into project progress, resource utilization, and budget adherence.
  • Assist in the preparation of post-project reports and lessons learned documentation to inform future project planning and execution.
  • Assist in conducting quality assurance checks on project deliverables to ensure they meet established standards and client expectations.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities, coordinating feedback and revisions to ensure final deliverables meet requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars as needed.
  • Assist in preparing project documentation and other materials for internal teams.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned to support the successful execution of projects.
  • Take initiative to learn about digital marketing principles and practices, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and web analytics.
  • Seek opportunities for professional development and training to enhance project management skills and advance career growth within the agency.
  • Actively contribute ideas and insights to team meetings and brainstorming sessions, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
