About The Position

The Project Coordinator will support the Service Transition Project Management (STPM) team by coordinating client implementation projects and strategic internal initiatives. Working alongside experienced Project Managers, this role is responsible for helping keep projects organized, tracking action items, maintaining project documentation, and facilitating communication across multiple technical and business teams. The Project Coordinator plays an integral role in ensuring projects continue to progress by coordinating activities across Engineering, Networking, Security, Billing, and other delivery teams, allowing Project Managers to focus on client engagement, project execution, and successful delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting Project Managers with project coordination.
  • Ability to track project action items, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Skill in following up with cross-functional teams to ensure timely task completion.
  • Proficiency in coordinating project meetings, preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and distributing action items.
  • Experience maintaining project plans, schedules, trackers, documentation, and status reports.

Responsibilities
