This role supports the Design & Construction (D&C) team by coordinating meetings and reviews, preparing contract documents, managing contract routing and approval workflows, and tracking payment applications across the D&C Trimble platform and Oracle. The position also pulls monthly cashflow, contingency, and financial reports for dashboard reporting. Provides project management support to leaders and team members, including assisting with planning, execution, progress monitoring, and delivery of key outcomes. Collaborates across teams to ensure alignment, gathers information to assess situations, and makes recommendations to leaders. Ensures high-quality customer service and professional representation of the department. This role will be Hybrid. Must be onsite 2-3 days per week. Must reside in Indiana.
