About The Position

We’re looking for a practical, organized, and people savvy Project Manager who keeps work moving, people aligned, and details from falling through the cracks. The ideal candidate brings a strong execution mindset and takes ownership of delivering results in a fast paced environment. This role isn’t about deep technical expertise; it’s about driving value through strong execution. Success comes from always delivering quality, keeping commitments, communicating clearly, and ensuring work is completed on time and within budget. • Highly focused on execution, delivery, and commitment to dates; able to perform effectively in a high pressure, high volume environment • Strong organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detail • Demonstrates ownership and accountability; able to influence others and professionally hold team members, vendors, and partners accountable • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and influence effectively both upward and laterally across the organization • Comfortable interfacing with clients, vendors, and third party resources, as well as working with all levels of management • Experience working with colleagues across multiple time zones; flexible with working hours, including the ability to work varied hours and weekends when required for global delivery • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) for tracking, reporting, and communication • Knowledge of banking, branch or Financial Center operations, and/or financial services is highly beneficial and helps accelerate effectiveness in the role • General knowledge of networking and connectivity is helpful for understanding project context and delivery discussions, but technical expertise is not required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, track, manage, and report on delivery tasks and milestones, including engineering related delivery activities
  • Build and maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, and action logs
  • Ensure commitments are met and delivery stays on time and within budget
  • Interface directly with clients, vendors, and third party resources in a professional and confident manner
  • Track and report on tasks and deliverables assigned to vendors and other project team members
  • Follow up on open items, address gaps, and escalate issues when commitments are at risk
  • Work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of management
  • Coordinate site access activities in compliance with bank security, access, and risk management processes
  • Work with vendors, internal teams, and site contacts to ensure access requests and approvals are completed accurately and on time
  • Track and manage access dependencies to prevent delays or failed site visits
  • Lead status calls, document discussions, and distribute clear, concise updates
  • Provide accurate reporting on progress, risks, dependencies, and key deliverables
  • Communicate issues early and clearly, with context and recommended next steps
  • Operate effectively with colleagues and partners across multiple time zones
  • Work closely with the Release & Deployment Manager (RDM) Manager on escalations and issue resolution
  • Partner with the RDM Manager to navigate bank processes, policies, and approval
