You’re the one keeping everything together when everything is falling apart.

You’ll coordinate jobs for people dealing with real property damage
You’ll work alongside Project Managers to keep jobs moving forward
You’ll deal with insurance friction, documentation, and constant moving pieces
You’ll be expected to stay organized under pressure and not miss details
This role matters. If you drop the ball, the job stalls.

Requirements

• You show up. On time. Every day.

• You’re tech-savvy and pick up systems quickly

• 1+ year in admin, office, or customer service preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Background check required per applicable law

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for customers, crews, and internal teams
• Track and update job progress daily (no gaps, no guessing)
• Build and support estimates using industry software
• Review photos, docs, and job files for accuracy and completeness
• Keep Project Managers dialed in with clean, current files
• Manage multiple active jobs at once without losing control
• Jump in wherever needed to keep jobs moving
