As a Project Coordinator, you are responsible for providing administrative and/or production support for a program through interfacing with internal account & project level representatives and external client & vendor contacts. You will be coordinating information across various account teams and production studios to better allow the teams to maintain optimal efficiency throughout projects. In this role, you will be required to take initiative, use good judgment on non-routine matters (scheduling, troubleshooting project and client issues), demonstrate your ability to make decisions or get decisions made, and take information and turn it into wise action. Requirements

  • High school diploma, Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree or other related degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience working in a support role in a team/group setting
  • Experience coordinating teams and projects
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook, Word, Excel) to assist with scheduling, daily tasks, special projects and updates
  • Ability to identify priorities and thrive in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of initiative, ability to identify next steps, and offer support where needed

Nice To Haves

  • Work experience in Architecture, Engineering, Design, and/or Construction Services field is ideal
