We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Store Development team in delivering retail construction and capital projects across our portfolio. This role is a key partner to the Store Development Manager, helping drive execution across new store builds, remodels, relocations, and other CapEx initiatives. Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, construction support, or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
Nice To Haves
- Experience with project tracking tools is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support execution of multiple retail CapEx projects from kickoff through closeout
- Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule
- Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status reports
- Manage project documentation including invoices, approvals, and construction files
- Upload and track construction invoices and maintain accurate records
- Assist with monthly reporting, project updates, and executive presentations
- Partner with internal teams, field leadership, and external vendors to ensure alignment
- Facilitate communication around approvals, project updates, and required deliverables
- Coordinate receipt of project photos, documentation, and compliance items
- Assist with budget tracking, invoice management, and reconciliation processes
- Support reporting on project performance and flag potential risks or discrepancies
- Help ensure all required documentation, approvals, and audits are completed
- Support adherence to company standards and processes across all projects
