Requirements

1–3 years of experience in: Project Coordinator
Construction Administrator
Project Assistant
Construction Office Support
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Experience with construction submittals, RFIs, or closeouts preferred
CRM or project management software experience (Zoho is a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Commercial construction environment
Flooring, interiors, or subcontractor experience
Basic understanding of construction project lifecycle

Responsibilities

Manage submittals from start to finish (creation, tracking, revisions, approvals)
Coordinate material samples, shop drawings, and product data
Work with Project Managers and vendors to ensure timely approvals
Maintain accurate documentation in project systems
Assemble and deliver project closeout packages
Collect warranties, product data, and final documentation
Ensure all required documents are completed and submitted on time
Support Project Managers with daily project coordination tasks
Track project progress, deadlines, and documentation
Assist with client communication and deliverables
Deliver samples or documents to job sites or client offices as needed
Update and maintain CRM and project tracking systems (Zoho preferred)
Run reports and track submittals, closeouts, and project status
Ensure data accuracy and organization across all projects
