Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator with experience in healthcare operations. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide administrative support to a project manager, assisting with various tasks to manage their workload. These tasks include, but are not limited to, project planning, organizing and participating in project meetings, conducting walkthroughs, providing go-live support, and preparing meeting notes and project documentation, including meeting minutes. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels within a business organization. Crucially, the position requires prior experience within a healthcare environment, specifically working alongside clinical leaders.
