This role ensures the smooth functioning of day-to-day program activities by supporting project deliverable preparation and submittals, managing vehicle fleet logistics, and assisting with key program management office functions. The position also supports functional areas such as finance, purchasing, and human resources through data management, reporting, and process coordination. This position plays a vital role in designing and improving office workflows, generating a variety of documentation using specialized software, and collaborating with staff to meet program objectives. Adherence to all health and safety policies is essential, along with flexibility to perform other duties as assigned.
