A Project Management Office (PMO) Project Coordinator (PC) plays a crucial role in the successful execution of projects within GoEngineer. Their responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks aimed at ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. This position requires the ability to work independently, manage supporting resources, and take control of all aspects of project coordination. Daily phone, chat and email correspondence related to projects are frequent and essential requirements. Your key contributions in this role will be: Project Planning: Assist in the development of project plans, task objectives, and timelines Follow the GoEngineer PMO processes and Best Practices Create SmartSheets as required and allocate resources effectively Resource Management:Coordinate and allocate resources, both human and material, to ensure that project tasks are completed effectively Team Support: Work closely with project teams to provide administrative support, schedule meetings, and facilitate communication among team members Task Tracking: Monitor project progress and track task completion to ensure that the project stays on schedule. When required, generate resource timesheets in OpenAir Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes Prepare and manage resource timesheets as needed Risk Management: Identify and document project risks and issues, and work with the PMO Manager to develop and implement mitigation strategies Stakeholder Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing their concerns and questions Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and objectives Budget Monitoring: Assist in monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and timesheets, and ensuring cost control Change Control: Manage change requests and assess their impact on the project budget, scope, and schedule Closeout: Perform activities in the project closeout phase, including documentation, lessons learned, and handover to Administrators for final invoicing. The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, and they serve as a bridge between project managers, technical team members, and stakeholders. Their organizational and communication skills are key to the successful completion of projects.
