The Project Coordinator will assist the Housing and Community Divisional Directors in the planning, organizing and implementing of a variety of projects related to the successful implementation of agency programming and services. Examples of projects include grant writing, procedure and policy writing, researching best practices, and fundraising. SUPERVISOR : Divisional Director DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop plans for success and completion of assigned projects, including maintaining a project timeframe, objectives and communications. Create and manage documentation and reports for all assigned projects. Research best practices to assist with development and review of program procedures. Responsible for planning aspects of staff training activities under the direction of supervisor. Support Directors in managing projects, as assigned by supervisor. Attend meetings on behalf of/or with the Divisional Director when requested, maintaining accurate minutes, records or reports related to meetings as appropriate. Assist in building financial and in-kind support for housing and community programs through preparation of or assisting with grants and fundraising activities. Attends agency staff meetings, and staff development activities. Comply with agency policies and procedures, COA regulations, federal and state requirements, and educational/certification/registry requirements. Must be able to work occasional evenings and weekends Other duties as assigned.
