GFT is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Bridge / Roadway group in Meriden, CT. This is a hybrid position with a primary work location at our Meriden, CT office. In this role, you will be at the center of bridge and roadway projects, helping turn planning into execution. You will bring structure to complex work by tracking project financials, reviewing invoices, and monitoring progress against budgets so teams have a clear view of performance. Your work will help guide decisions, keep priorities aligned, and ensure projects stay on track. You will also play a key role in supporting field operations by coordinating logistics that make bridge inspections possible. From working with local agencies and arranging police support to keeping municipalities and DOT partners informed, your communication will directly impact how smoothly projects run. Along the way, you will support billing accuracy, maintain compliance, and help GFT deliver reliable infrastructure solutions.
