Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management
Exposure to IT ticketing systems (Autotask, ServiceNow, ConnectWise, etc.)
Understanding of IT infrastructure including networking and cloud environments
Experience working with clients and managing stakeholder relationships
Effective communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
Customer-first mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple issues effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with tools such as Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, or project management software.
A valid driver’s license and fingerprinting check are required.

Responsibilities

Manage, coordinate, and execute IT infrastructure projects from initiation through completion
Coordinate internal technical teams and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery
Provide regular project updates to clients and stakeholders
Develop project plans, timelines, and track milestones using project management tools
Maintain project documentation including notes, plans, and status updates
Monitor project performance and escalate risks or issues as needed
Assist with project invoicing and budget tracking
Support requirement gathering and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
