The Project Coordinator builds strong relationships within the team and with stakeholders, manages day-to-day logistics, and helps facilitate cross-department collaboration so projects move smoothly from planning to delivery. By keeping efforts aligned, removing roadblocks, and maintaining accurate information, this role enables the team to focus on delivering the strategic, architecture-driven outcomes that advance NYU’s mission and long-term priorities.
