Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good computer skills working with spreadsheet database software
• Detail oriented and multitasker

Responsibilities

• Identification of building developments, system expansion opportunities and progress of building activity in the system areas
• C&L project coordination
• Maintaining construction data base
• Engineer jobs and submit to drafting
• Site visits and fieldwork coordination from Operations and Plant Maintenance departments
• Working with homebuilders/contractors to set up pre-wiring and open trench notifications
• Scheduling work load for maintenance crew and QC-ing construction and maintenance jobs
• Maintaining pole database including permit application and recaps
• Dealing with customer issues related to serviceability, construction, maintenance, and drop bury activities
• Other assigned tasks
